Serving Suggestions

To serve cold, this ham is thoroughly cooked and ready-to-eat.

To serve hot, place ham in pan with 1/2" of water (or juice) in bottom, cover for first hour and bake in moderate oven of 325 degrees.

 

13-15 lb. ham 3 – 3 1/2 hours
10-13 lb. ham 2 1/2 – 3 hours
5-8 lb. ham 1 1/2 – 2 hours
3-4 lbs 1 – 1 1/2 hours
